By making a reservation at Villas Don Luis, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.
A 50% down payment is required to confirm all reservations.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before check-in or upon arrival, as instructed during booking.
Reservations are only confirmed once the initial payment has been received and acknowledged.
All bookings are non-refundable.
Guests may request to reschedule their stay, subject to availability.
Date changes must be requested at least 7 days before the check-in date.
Villas Don Luis reserves the right to approve rescheduling requests.
Check-in time: 3 PM
Check-out time: 11 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:
No parties or events are allowed.
Only registered guests are permitted inside the property.
Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbors, and surroundings.
Quiet hours may apply in the evening.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay.
Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may be charged accordingly.
Guests use the pool and all facilities at their own risk.
Villas Don Luis is not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or valuables during the stay.
Villas Don Luis shall not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, or severe weather conditions.
Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay if guests violate house rules or engage in unsafe or inappropriate behavior without refund.
By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
